The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. The building was noisy at night because the windows are leaky and there are a lot of cars on the nearby road, so every truck rattles the building; after the first night I got used to it, though I slept with earplugs. The area also limits late‑night sightseeing, with few convenience stores or restaurants.

The building looked clean, the housekeeping was meticulous, and it was quiet. The sea view was beautiful. The caretaker was a pro on Miyajima info and shared everything. Earplugs were provided in the amenities, but I didn’t need them. I arrived after 6 pm, dropped off my luggage, rode the tram to Miyajima‑guchi, took the ferry, explored the island at night, returned, bought dinner and breakfast at a supermarket near Akiyoshi Station, rode the train, and was back at the hotel before 9 pm. The only downside was that I tended to worry too much about the neighboring rooms, and the bathroom was narrow, which might be tight for larger people. The toilet wasn’t a heated seat, so it could be harsh in winter, but the temperature was above 25 °C when I visited and I’m not a fan of washlets, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

The location was great—I could see the sunrise from the balcony. The staff were helpful. The bed vibrated a little when a large car passed by while I slept.

The place was very clean, and the older brother was very helpful, teaching me a lot. It was close to the train station, and I got great restaurant recommendations. Having a parking lot was also a plus.
