The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. I even forgot my bag in the morning, but when I went back to collect it, I found it exactly where I had left it. I appreciated that. The worst part of my stay was having to take cold showers both in the evening and in the morning. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests

The rooms were well equipped for the cold, which we really appreciated, but the first night I took a cold shower and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

I can’t give a positive review for this place; I paid in EG, and when I arrived for check‑in I was told it was fully booked, so I was directed to another guest house called the Plane not far from EG. The building looked fine from the outside, but the room they gave us was awful, so I’m giving it a zero. I didn’t like anything about room 113 at the Planes guesthouse: the bed, curtains, and bathroom—there’s no window—were all bad, the shower was very dirty, and I couldn’t sleep, forcing me to find another place to stay that night.

I liked the location because it let me go for a morning run, but the door was hard to open from the inside, which made me panic and caused a lot of noise from other guests, and there was loud music in the morning.

It wasn’t bad at all, but there was no microwave in the room and the noise was annoying.
