The room is spacious, but it was unbearably hot, the air‑conditioning didn't cool, power kept cutting out, the sauna was under constant maintenance, the pool water was scorching, and the guest parking was full because of an event in the auditorium, so I had to park on the street.

The hotel has good facilities, breakfast is well served, and the reception staff are extremely attentive. The breakfast area was all closed, no pool access, no natural light – a weak point in the décor. We had to switch rooms because the shower didn't work. There was no luggage support in the rooms. Given the room rate and Mossoró's heat, there should be covered parking or shade trees (there is a covered parking lot that is always full).

The room was excellent, and the tapioca from Mrs. Fátima—who is very friendly—was great. I found the bottled water price of 7,00 for a 500 ml bottle to be expensive.

I can only praise this high‑standard hotel; everything is immaculate and beautiful, and the service is extraordinary—super attentive and understanding.

Overall, a fantastic hotel from check‑in to check‑out. The 24‑hour front desk is very helpful and courteous, the room I stayed in was a Luxury, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good, offering daily options and a woman making tapioca on the spot. Cleaning is very strict; you rarely see anything out of place or dirty. The Wi‑Fi is fast.
