Nilza and Giovani are incredibly warm and genuinely care about guests. Giovani took us to nearby waterfalls; Rabo de Galo is gorgeous, the trail to it is medium‑difficulty, then it eases out. We also did the Poço Soberbo hike with the owner's niece as guide—beautiful, hidden paradise, though the trail is long and a mix of medium and high difficulty with steep, rocky sections, no special gear needed.

The place is beautiful, the hosts are super friendly, and the chalet offers a killer view. The food is delicious, homemade, and mostly farm‑to‑table from the property itself. We also discovered lovely trails and waterfalls.
