The sink was clogged and didn’t drain, the room was dirty, and the tissue paper was missing; when I mentioned it, the staff seemed more concerned with their name than fixing the problem.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are very polite and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, parking is plentiful, and the food is very good.

The staff are professional and the room is good, but you have to pay for parking because the airport is nearby and you also have to pay for Wi‑Fi.
