The internal structure was beautiful and unexpected, but the room was too small for two people. The sides of the bed were hard to access, there was no place for luggage or clothes, and there was little space to put personal items. The room door could not close! We stayed two nights and they said they would fix it, but nothing was done. Using the shower meant the bathroom was flooded. The bedroom cleaning was insufficient.

Excellent location right in the heart of the souq, I highly recommend Dar Zyne for a typical stay. Nothing to add.

Good value for money, but the bathroom sink is tiny and the shower floods the room. You need to learn how to operate the entrance door, otherwise you’ll have to wait for help. Staff availability and helpfulness could have been better.

Very good. Particular, in the heart of the Medina. Everything was fine.

Great location, but dragging bags over cobblestones a long way from the taxi drop‑off was brutal. It was hard to find the way out of the medina; a paper map would have helped. The building is beautiful and historic with its quirks, but above all, Nour and his team were exceptionally responsive and helpful with all our issues, big and small.
