The location is great, but the name “Hotel” should be reconsidered. The description never mentioned that the toilets and showers are shared with everyone in the building, which is unacceptable. The bathrooms were very dirty for the price, and that should be disclosed. We were two guests there. Room 1 had no wardrobe, no hooks on the wall, not even a chair to hang things on; the owner probably thinks the floor does the job. The kitchen on the ground floor needs a deep clean, and the basement is even worse. Other reviews say the rooms (total 5) are double‑booked, which we confirmed twice over two nights. Overall, it’s a single‑family house converted into five rooms. It’s fine for one or two guests, but please clean properly and update the description. The guests we met on day 2 had a completely different expectation based on the pictures and description. We won’t visit again.

The bus connection was very good, but on Booking it looked like a small apartment. There was no mention of shared showers or a shared bathroom, and it would have been nice to have that information beforehand—especially for bringing flip‑flops or a bathrobe.

The rooms were new and nice, but calling it an exclusive hotel is wrong. It was a townhouse with at least five nice rooms sharing one bathroom and two toilets, plus a kitchen, which caused some crowding and frustration. The online description didn’t quite match reality.

“Achtung Abzocke.”

The beds were comfortable and there was a bus stop nearby. Because of an “unexpected technical problem in the apartment,” the host offered us a supposedly better accommodation. That place was poorly reachable, the host was hard to contact, the gas heater was broken so we had only ice‑cold water to shower on a hot summer day, and no effort was made to fix it. It felt like a construction site—many things were half‑finished or not finished at all, only superficially cleaned. The front door wouldn’t open with a key, the apartment door was very unstable, so we had to move valuables into the car. If that was the “better” place, I’m glad we didn’t stay in the booked accommodation. Note: the host listed several apartments in Koblenz on Booking.

“Was in een woord waardeloos.”

Nothing good. We didn’t get what was promised. Everything was dirty and broken. It was a noisy back‑street with loud, shouting people and even a threat from someone. No parking options. Contact with the landlord didn’t work, even though it said it was available from 09.00 to 00.00. It’s worthless that it’s presented as exclusive. Waste of money.
