“Because no one was there to help we were not taken care of.”
The place was spacious and close to many key sights. However, there was no staff to help us at check‑in, answer questions, or assist when we left. I signed the book and struggled with the door to exit, so I let go of my poles to open it and it slammed shut, trapping me outside. None of the phone numbers on the door worked; no one answered. Someone should be there to help guests.

The location is great, everything is very clean and new, and there are little water bottle details and messages with nice wishes—awesome. Everything was great.

Finding the property was easy, it was clean and looks recently remodeled, and the room was comfortable. The walls are not soundproof.
