Breakfast was excellent! Location was perfect. Room was a little cold in the evenings. Radiator didn't seem to make much difference The food menu: such tiny print it was illegible, even with reading glasses

What a great breakfast. Perfect for starting your day. Our room was through the Hotel courtyard, out the back of the property and around the back (Unit 22). A little quirky, but so quiet with our own little courtyard. Lots of room, with three bed options. Nice shower and tea set. Great to be on the ground floor and able to walk out the back and see the stars at night. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk easily to everywhere. Can't say as we were lacking anything and truly enjoyed our stay there

The location is good - 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast staff were polite and prompt. It seems incredible that a hotel providing somewhere to sleep can get it so wrong. My room was a disgrace - like a staff cabin on a cross channel ferry - tiny and box like. The worst thing was the car park light blasting in my room all night and as the bed faces the window, the light blasts right on your face. The blind was translucent and was too small for the window. How can a hotel get the fundamental art of offering a good sleep, so wrong? Do not believe the photos they have used to advertise the hotel - they're not images of this hotel
