The staff were available and the location was convenient; I was scammed by a fake taxi, yet the hotel helped me with the necessary steps, and I thank them. The check‑in time was flexible. However, there was construction going on.

The room was huge, but the beds were awful and the service was terrible, and we didn’t get the room until three hours after the promised time.

The location was very good and the breakfast was satisfactory, but the hotel had construction at the entrance, making access confusing due to lack of identification (entry is on the side street, and the pool area was also inaccessible, with a lot of dust and noise). The shower was broken; the temperature valve was broken and the water was scalding hot. The bathroom tiles were cracked. The suite smelled like mold, a strange odor already noticeable when leaving the elevator in the suite hall. The room was small, had no natural ventilation, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The pillows were disposable. I would like to say the opposite, but unfortunately it does not justify the investment.
