The location and nearby restaurants were good, but the staff attitude wasn’t right; we asked for towels and they took over 30 minutes to bring them, and when I asked the reception for nearby spots to explore, they said they had no information.

Accessibility was a plus.

The facilities, service and comfort were all good, but I had to travel farther than I would have liked to reach the place I went to.
