It was very quiet and well equipped. It turned out to be a bit farther from the center than I had expected, but it was still fine.

The staff were lovely and the entertainment was brilliant. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean! I do think it’s a little overpriced for what it is. We had a balcony facing loud vents (although it didn’t bother us as we were only there for one night). The rooms were fairly basic.

The location and view from the balcony were amazing. The staff were helpful. The place was very clean. Breakfast choices were good most days. The pool and indoor pool were nice and clean with plenty of seating. The shower was easy to use. The hotel was attractively set out. On arrival from Northern Ireland, feeling worn out, it was disappointing to find no welcome pack in the room. No kettle, no milk, no teabags, no mugs. I got a kettle from a cleaner and bought some mugs at a local supermarket. That’s not what I would expect from a 4‑star hotel. The room is small and really badly designed. There’s nowhere to put anything. No shelves in the bathroom except on an enormous sink that takes up the whole room, so it’s awkward to sit on the toilet and the seat falls on you when you sit, which is quite annoying. My worst problem was the balcony set‑up. I paid extra for a nice view from the balcony and it was. Unfortunately, there is just a plastic screen between us and our neighbour, so there is no privacy, especially in the evening. See photo.

Top location! You can easily park on the hotel’s parking lot. A large mirror right across from the bed was less pleasant. Also, the glass was not clean. The lighting in the room is too bright.
