The service and comfort were really excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the breakfast counter—it was too high, so I couldn’t see the food clearly because I’m short. Everything else was served to me, but that could be improved. Beyond that, everything was perfect—thanks a lot.

The night‑shift receptionist on the 18th gave terrible service, nothing like the friendly one on the morning of the 19th.

The space, cleanliness, comfy room, everything was immaculate, modern, and the staff were attentive. The maneuvering in the parking for SUVs and vans is problematic.

The accommodation is very good, the facilities are excellent, it’s very clean, well‑located, and the breakfast is complete; if I pass through San Francisco (Córdoba) I’d definitely come back. The staff is thin, so we had to wait 15‑20 minutes for check‑in while they were making coffee for others; after 22 h no one is left, you’re given a WhatsApp to contact if you arrive after 22, we went out to dinner and they were slow to reply, so we had to use another entrance. The next day after checkout the same thing happened, we had to wait again, and a sign said “I’ll be back in 5 min.” They just need to improve that.

The hotel is excellent and very comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel no longer has a restaurant, which used to be a differentiator.
