The rooms were large and clean, but we only ended up here after our original booking was cancelled because of earthquake damage. In September the staff were thin in the evenings and the restaurant was rather basic.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm; the meals were especially good, making it the best value, though the facilities could use an upgrade.

The staff were amazing, but the rooms were poorly furnished, old, and dirty in some spots.

The welcome was very friendly, the room was spacious with good bedding, a fridge, and a bathtub, and it’s located in downtown Ruteng, offering good value for money; the breakfast was simple and limited with only a few salty and sweet options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was adequate, and the restaurant meals were tasty and affordable; however, there’s not much to do nearby, the shower had no hot water, and the hotel faces the main street so it’s quite noisy.
