“Excellent for an overnight stay”

The location makes it easy to get into town, and the rooms are comfy with great blackout curtains. However, there was a shortage of drinking water; the only filtered option was in the workout room, which the front desk had to refill and was often empty.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, but there was a 4:00 am fight in the room above that lasted 30 minutes and no one was called to intervene.

“Wonderful!!”

This might be the best hotel stay we've had in Arizona; we had the indoor pool and hot tub to ourselves, the breakfast selection was fantastic, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a large jacuzzi, and we especially enjoyed the indoor skywalk that connects both buildings, though getting to the East Wing from the parking area is a bit funky (mostly exits only) but still doable.

“The good, the bad and the ugly”

The continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very friendly, but when a problem arose at check‑in the manager immediately got combative, telling me not to swear at the staff even though I hadn't and had no intention of doing so, cutting me off instead of letting me explain; the hot tub was really cold the first night, the carpet leading into my room was torn and raised, creating a tripping hazard, the sink, tub and shower were all cracked and old, the shower door wouldn't close fully, and the fridge wasn't cold enough, causing my produce to mold in less than 24 hours.
