Great location, cleanliness was okay, and the place was quiet. Breakfast was served about 500 m from the hotel, which would be a disaster in the rain. Paid parking on the spa island about 600 m away isn’t a win either, but the ground floor already has a nice area that could be used for a café and hopefully for breakfast service.
Great location, clean and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was in another building (a problem in heavy rain), and I missed a hair dryer.
It’s a pity the villa isn’t together with the service and reception.

The staff were helpful and attentive. I will never stay here again! The accommodation was absolutely unacceptable. Ants appeared in the bed and on the nightstand. After my first complaint, management spoke to a cleaner who applied some insecticide, but it didn’t work. The next day we arranged a repeat treatment, yet the ants kept coming. The worst part was when a walking ant woke me up in the morning on my face – I immediately jumped out of bed and saw another on the sheet. Totally disgusting! Another major downside: breakfast and dinner are served in a different hotel, meaning a walk of about 15–20 minutes there and back. Dinner ends at 19:00, so if you’re on a business trip (or training like me), you can’t catch it. Overall, a completely shocking experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!

The location is in a park. The villa is poorly maintained, old non‑functional furniture, dirt, a leaking shower corner, dirty and spotted carpets. No housekeeping during the stay. The hotel’s image is false. Terrible, unimaginative breakfast, green salad, green scrambled eggs, and a stinky older chef who was shouting.
