I checked in at 1 am and the front desk guy was ready to greet us. The room, bed, and overall hotel were clean. Water was supplied and a kitchen was available. Check‑out time was flexible. Even though the hotel sits in a narrow alley with limited parking, the staff arranged parking for our vehicle and were very helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Semarang. Almost nothing negative.

The Wi‑Fi was good. The bathroom smelled pretty bad.

I got good value for a budget traveler. The location feels sketchy and taxis, especially cars, have trouble getting there. I had booked four nights but wanted to cut it to two; RedDoorz wouldn’t adjust the reservation and still charged me for the extra two nights. That inflexibility and lack of customer service were disappointing.
