The location was good, but we booked three rooms and the shower was cold in all of them.

The location was fine, but the room was filthy and smelled bad, the beds were broken with a wooden board under the mattress, the springs in the mattress pressed into me, and we were left in that state a day before we were supposed to check out, making us all uncomfortable; the fridge never shut properly, the shower area was tiny, they initially promised a refund but then reversed their decision, claiming I had left the room in a bad condition, even though I treated the room as if it were my own home.
