I got a full refund from the staff and didn’t have to complain too much, but the room was a nightmare: mould everywhere, cigarette ash on the balcony, urine in the toilet, and the whole place smelled awful.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, the 7/11 opposite the hotel was great, and many taxis pass by the hotel so you don’t have to chase them.
