The staff were very friendly, the parking was large and free, breakfast was complete and varied, the hotel sits right at the tram stop, the bed was comfortable and the night was quiet.

The place was clean, the welcome was pleasant, a young woman showed us a nearby restaurant because theirs was closed on weekends, parking was free, and the breakfast was good.

The location, parking, reception, and breakfast staff were all great. The door card malfunctioned, the bathroom was absurdly tiny, only allowed one person at a time, had no spot for toiletries, felt a bit dated, and I had to request extra pillows; the sheets felt like disposable campsite sheets. Breakfast was okay but very disjointed, with staff walking around looking for butter, milk, plates, or tea.
