The hotel is spotless, the staff are kind, and it sits right next to the beach and a mall. Breakfast is hearty and tasty. The only issue is that to catch a tuk‑tuk you have to walk from the beach toward the main road.

Central location, helpful and pleasant staff, very clean rooms, and great service. The Wi‑Fi was problematic, and breakfast was only average.

The place is amazing, the location is great and the staff are wonderful. The beach is dreamy. The accommodation was fully equipped and left no wish unfulfilled. The best part was being able to have dishes from the restaurant delivered straight onto the private balcony.

I booked online for 2 adults and 1 child and paid 30,691.58 pesos. When I arrived, the hotel told me there would be an extra charge for my son of 2,800 per night for 3 nights, totaling 8,400.00 pesos. I checked the confirmation and saw only 2 adults listed, so I felt the online booking was misleading because I always include my son in our trips and it was clear that my reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child. The shower and bathroom had broken hot water, sometimes too hot or too cold.
