The location was great, the owner friendly, breakfast a good choice, and the place stayed very clean; the only slight issue was the bed being a bit low and leaning slightly to the left.

Everything was perfect: the owners were absolutely fabulous and friendly, room 5 was very comfortable and the whole property stayed spotless, the Continental breakfast offered a good variety, and when we needed an iron on day two they handed one over with no trouble at all; I’ll be staying here on every Blackpool trip from now on, and my partner agrees.
