We were supposed to receive the room an hour earlier, but the breakfast was very good and the restaurant pretty. The staff were friendly. We were three girls and got a room with three beds. Unfortunately, it was equipped for people with special needs.

The hotel sits close to the city center, making it very walkable. The train station is about 1.2–1.5 km away and can be reached by bus (n°3) or Bolt. A shopping mall and restaurants are nearby. The welcome at arrival and departure, as well as breakfast, was very pleasant. The hotel itself is very clean. The standard twin‑bed room was quite good. The bathroom was spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and the room was quiet (located at the back of the hotel near the parking level). The breakfast was excellent in a large, pleasant room. A great address in Tartu.

I liked the hotel’s quirky vibe; it felt oddly cozy. The rooms were clean, came with a minibar and a hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty, and we appreciated the spacious, airy setting—no rush at 8 am. A nice perk was that, because of the car‑pooling day, we could leave the hotel parking after check‑out. The mattresses were thin and a bit lumpy; the room could have used extra pillows.

This hotel is charming and sits in a great spot with easy access to nearby sights and eateries. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the time. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. The only hiccup was that room service was only available on request; to get the room cleaned in the morning you had to put a “Please clean” sign on the door.
