The location was next to a metro stop and above a shopping centre, which made dinner easy if you didn’t want to eat in the hotel. The hotel parking access was confusing, but at least I emailed the hotel before arriving and they sent me a reply with photos showing how to enter it.

The location and parking were good. The hair dryer didn’t work. The sound insulation in the room was weak.

The hotel was very well located – next to Hospital S. João, the university campus, the metro and dining options. The staff also deserve praise, because I thought I had lost a ring, they found it in the room and returned it to me. I was very grateful!

Muy buena ubicación y buena relación calidad precio. El desayuno estaba muy bien de precio y variedad. El personal de recepción no fue muy eficiente, se tardaron media hora en hacernos el check in porque nuestra habitación no estaba lista
