I had to cancel, so no review is available. I couldn’t reach the host by phone, the app, or WhatsApp when I arrived, so I couldn’t check in. After more than 40 minutes with no contact, the host finally reached out, but I had already left. An alternative contact or clear instructions for check‑in should be provided if the main contact is unavailable.

Everything was great, but the kettle and dispenser weren't working and the balcony was closed, which wasn't a big deal.

Everything was just great from the moment I booked; the owner communicated immediately, asked for my arrival time, and was very responsive and accurate about everything he told us.

The host was the best I’ve ever met, and the bed was super comfy. The apartment has every single thing you could possibly need, and it’s in a spot that’s super convenient for Nairobi National Park and “The Carnivore”.
