The location is great and the people are nice; the room was clean when I arrived. However, I’ve stayed here before and noticed that the kettles are gone, apparently because some were left open. The lights above the balcony door wouldn’t switch off, so I couldn’t sleep the first night; it wasn’t fixed until 7 pm the next day even though I reported it first thing in the morning and had to call twice. Construction and painting went on throughout my stay, and someone sprayed paint from a jet ski right under my balcony, producing awful fumes and a strong smell that was worsened by the heat.

The waterfront location gives the stay a certain charm.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the garden/bar area was warm. The room wasn’t clean or ready for new guests and had a bad smell. Breakfast was more than an hour late.
