Good location, many attractions within walking distance, and no noise from the nightlife of old Tbilisi. No parking issues, great view from the room. The room itself is decorated in retro flair, which is very cute :)

Good hotel for its price in the city center. All attractions are within walking distance. There are also parking spots if you travel by car. The host is a very responsive, kind woman. The room is clean, despite being in an old building with shabby surroundings. The first floor has a kitchen, washing machine, and all the essentials for cooking. Highly recommended!

The location is great, just a 10‑15 minute walk to the old center, and the host is very kind and speaks Russian. The room looks exactly like the photo. It’s a small, home‑style guesthouse next to a church – a fantastic spot, I’d recommend it. We arrived by car; there’s no internal parking, but we parked right next to the church beside the house and everything worked out fine.
