The only plus of this place is its location. BUT you won’t find this place because all doors are closed with broken handles, and only a Russian‑language note on the door says it’s open and you need to call the phone number. If you come to Kharkiv on business and have limited time, don’t book this place. Because a single check‑in will take up a lot of your time. First you call the owner, he goes out for you, then a housekeeper meets you and hands you a key with a bunch of codes for the gate, the entrance, the floor. You have to remember them, walk up 3‑4 floors. And maybe then you’ll check into a middle room. If, of course, you guess that the wooden sign with a bunch of passwords is actually a magnetic card 😂😂 the main thing is that the rooms open with a normal key, which is hard to unlock and the housekeeper doesn’t always manage it. But that’s not all. If you come in a pair and one stays in a room while the other stays in town, then you’ll have to go through the quest again. You step onto the street, meet your companion, enter the password on the gate, the entrance, the floor. It’s just some trash!! And for early check‑in you send money to the owner’s card, which the housekeeper dictates, and first it’s 600 UAH, then another 100, then another 100. And that’s it every time with the card instructions. Overall, checking into a room took 35 minutes. Excellent service 😂
