The location is quiet and set back in front of the river. There’s no office and the access to the “mariposa” room is steep, the spiral metal staircase is narrow and dangerous, and that’s also how you reach the pool. However, there is another more suitable entrance, and there are other rooms I didn’t visit. The continental breakfast, though very simple, was pleasant sitting at a bar‑style counter with a direct view of the river.
