The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had a great, large shower, and the staff were all excellent! We were able to leave our luggage while the room wasn’t ready, and the staff kept our bags at check‑out since our boat wouldn’t leave until 17 h. The only missing item was a rug or slippers, as the ceramic floor was very cold.

The receptionists and housekeeping staff are wonderful, warm, and truly delightful! It would be nice if there were a section where you could buy healthy snacks and quick food, in addition to the drinks they already offer.

The breakfast was very simple yet delicious; you could serve yourself tea, coffee, and hot water throughout your stay, and they would bill you later. I didn’t like having to leave the room key at reception when I went out for a walk; I’d rather keep it with me for safety.
