Very friendly staff and a clean room. I was missing a kettle in the room. A small tip: make the dough neutral, then you can add savory toppings on request.
I stopped by the bar and the staff were very friendly, there were plenty of seats both outside and inside the hotel, and the view was nice. The meal times were strictly enforced, the cafeteria food was bad, the breakfast veggies were dry, the bread slices were dry, and the coffee was terrible. I tried to buy a clock at the hotel, but before purchasing I was forced to try it on, so I had to back off from buying it.
The rooms were spacious and overall the facilities were good. However, the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection.
Everything worked perfectly, even the Wi‑Fi. I’ll definitely come back again.

The spot was good for hiking and the nearby leisure centre with a pool and mini‑golf was excellent; breakfast was decent and varied if you got the first serving, but by the second dinner service only leftovers were left and the quality was poor, and the seating area by the pond was the nicest part of the hotel. The room, however, faced a large roof with a lousy view, we had to clear three spider webs, the shower was tilted and empty, the shower frame was rusty and the carpet was stained, staff were unfriendly or didn’t speak German when they were around, and meals were forced into a 1½‑hour window with no flexibility even though there were plenty of seats and the second dinner service wasn’t refreshed.
