The facilities fit my needs perfectly; all I wanted was a bed and a bathroom for one night, and the host was responsive and helpful when I called. The shared bathroom had piping hot water for the shower and hand basin, and the kettle, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board were all in good working order. I had trouble getting the TV to work—there was no aerial or HDMI connection, and after a few minutes of signal I hit the home page and couldn’t get any further. I didn’t want to bother the host late at night, so I just spent the evening doomscrolling on my phone. The price was fair and the other amenities were good, so it didn’t bother me much.

It was convenient and well priced, though an extra pillow would have been appreciated.

The bed was comfortable, there was a hair dryer, the toilet was close by, a washing machine was available, and the other guests were quiet (except for one night when someone seemed to be rearranging furniture but finished quickly). The room wasn’t fully cleaned; there were cobwebs, a lot of dust, and the floor wasn’t completely vacuumed.
