I’d rate it 10.0/10: the area was quiet, lovely and safe, the room had all the essentials, the bed was super comfy, breakfast options were amazing—never seen so many great choices—and I got a fantastic rest.

I’d give it a 3.0/10: the soundproofing was nonexistent and the walls were just paper.

I’d score it 5.0/10: the historic complex is quietly situated on the edge of a town, the grounds are well kept and nicely designed, but I booked a 6‑square‑meter room by mistake and didn’t want to complain; the room hadn’t been renovated in decades, everything was outdated, the carpet, sink and other items were filthy, I didn’t dare walk barefoot, the mattress was old and springs popped, other guests seemed to have better rooms and were satisfied, and if my room had received a full renovation it would have been worth the money.

I’d rate it 7.0/10: the shower area was too cramped.
