“Um hotel bom, mas não impressiona.”
The location and service were great. The shower water was brackish and didn’t foam. The room was cramped, and breakfast could have been better.
The location was fine. The cleanliness was lacking: the bed linens were old and torn, which doesn’t fit a 4‑star hotel. Breakfast was very basic and nothing noteworthy.
The room was small, and the door sensor didn’t recognize the card. My car was parked on the street, and when I asked for water for my daughter, I wasn’t served.
“Buen hotel, bien ubicado y buena relación calidad/precio”
I have to point out the staff’s proximity: when we were scheduled to check out at 12 h, they allowed us to stay until 13 h, letting us do morning activities like heading to the beach right in front, showering, and getting ready without rush. That detail deserves a shout‑out because lately hotels try to get you out as soon as possible, and the sense of closeness these gestures give is very good and appreciated. The location is ideal, right in front of the beach and promenade, a very safe area. It isn’t the newest hotel, but it has all the comforts, is well‑located, offers a good free buffet breakfast, and the staff is attentive. The Wi‑Fi, however, is weak.
