The luxury, cleanliness, and quick response from staff were great, and the food was tasty—thanks to the kitchen. It’s close to the airport and adjacent to the train station (City Gate). The location is far from the shrine, but the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the shrine, which is a major drawback. We booked two rooms for the parents and a third for a child, but my teenage brothers had their ages listed on Booking, so we were surprised to find the room had only two beds and the bunk bed wouldn’t open (so it didn’t work as a bed). We didn’t know if the issue was with Booking or the hotel, but thankfully it got sorted out.
