The location is perfect, the view is great, and room 33 has a balcony that faces the Lahn Bridge directly. I noticed there was no dish towel in the apartment, so I used kitchen towels to dry dishes.
The place is in a fantastic spot, the hotel feels very cozy, and the breakfast is excellent.

It was simply a wonderful experience staying in an old but perfectly restored timber‑framed house that is itself a landmark in beautiful Wetzlar. You feel transported back centuries, yet it’s comfortably equipped with modern amenities.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, and the view of the Lahn is lovely. The room is cozy but a bit small, just like the breakfast area.
