The staff were helpful, the front desk and waitress speak English, the bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. Breakfast options are limited but enough for a simple meal before heading out to Hanoi.

Everything! The room was beautiful, well‑maintained, very clean, with a large bathroom that has a hot shower and large comfortable beds. The beds are on the harder side, which I personally prefer. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The door isn’t very soundproof, but that only matters if neighbors are inconsiderate and make noise at midnight. Still, I slept a solid 12 hours after some poor experiences in Hanoi.

I landed in Hanoi and found the hotel right in a quiet, non‑touristy part of the city, just a short walk from my office. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room itself was lovely for the reasonable price I paid.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and the check‑in process was fast and hassle‑free. The rooms were snug with comfy beds, exactly what I needed. David, in particular, was very kind and helped me book an amazing tour. All in all, a fantastic place with everything required for a great stay.
