The room was filthy, with cockroaches and ants everywhere. We killed six cockroaches that night and more kept circling while we slept. The staff member at the front desk, instead of picking them up, swept them outside, leaving a trail all over the floor, so we decided not to bother them again.

The rooms were beautiful and situated right in a lovely garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and getting money from 20 car‑minutes away. They tried to meet every request, and the food varied and was delicious. The guides for jungle and rafting were highly competent.
