The staff were very well trained and polite. The floor was filthy, and I had to clean it myself to be able to stay in the room. The air‑conditioner was always defective; twice I had to have staff come to the room to fix it and switch rooms. The bathroom had no light.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and the air‑conditioner was powerful. When I arrived, the double bed I had booked was not available, so I had to combine two single beds. Another issue common to the whole hotel is the Wi‑Fi: it connects but nothing loads.
