I found the beds a bit too soft, but everyone’s preference differs.

The owners are very pleasant and always reachable; nearby there are shops and free on‑site parking, and the rooms are clean with all the essentials.

The location is excellent for a Rotterdam visit, especially if you take the water bus, and it works well as a base for trips to Zeeland, Amsterdam, Haarlem, and for quick highway access to Antwerp and Ghent; the Nettorama supermarket is superb for supplies, the flat is pretty, and the small garden is great for breakfast. The kitchen equipment is somewhat sparse and could use more dishes.

All the apartments look modern and are fully equipped, the owners are very friendly, the setting is peaceful, and we’ll definitely return—highly recommended! However, the windows and doors need better seals; mosquitoes come in on the outside light and an air‑conditioner would finish the experience.
