The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was indescribably good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the garden layout was great. One suggestion for improvement: there were few power outlets, especially near the bed, which made it hard to plug in a mask.

The resort felt modern, and the room’s air conditioning worked well even on a cool October evening. The pillows were nice and the mattress good. The garden had fruit trees and pleasant seating areas. Cleaning was excellent, and the owner was very helpful. The staff were super friendly, especially the ladies. The breakfast was unbeatable, offering fresh orange juice, egg options, and always tasty cappuccino or tea, with a wide selection. The first time, finding the place was tricky despite Google; you had to follow Amarena’s directions exactly. The coffee machine leaked.

The property was beautiful, with two well-maintained buildings in a tidy garden that was nicely lit at night. The rooms were top‑class: new, modern, very clean, and well equipped. The beds and linens were comfortable and cozy, making us feel at home. The location was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent—sweet, savory, fresh fruit, etc. The dinner at the on‑site restaurant was also highly recommended. We enjoyed the three nights and felt refreshed. During the day, car rentals made it easy to visit Matera or Altamura.

The setting was very relaxing, about a 15‑minute drive from Matera. We had half‑board, which included two dishes each day from the menu. The food was extraordinary: tasty, generous portions, and well presented. A special shout‑out to the very friendly waiter. Breakfast on the second day was excellent, with orange juice and a full buffet of quality items; the first morning was slightly lacking (empty plates not restocked?). We booked the apartment hoping for a separate room, but it turned out to be a single unit with kitchen, bed, and sofa. Still, it was comfortable, fairly well insulated despite the restaurant below. We didn’t see a washing machine, but we didn’t need it anyway.
