“POCO SATISFECHOS”

The proximity to the beach is great. The initial offer of a room without a balcony isn’t explained well, and we had problems on the first day with a dark, uncomfortable room with a double bed that was very small for a couple. The next day they gave us a larger room and we paid the extra. Breakfast was very repetitive, and we didn’t like the coffee.

Overall, it’s an excellent hotel in terms of facilities, accessibility, and location. They offer airport shuttle service, which is a bit pricey but very safe. In front of the hotel, white vans provide transportation with set rates that aren’t out of range or exaggerated. Being pet‑friendly, they provide a kit for the stay that includes a food portion, two bowls for water and food, a blanket, and a small bed. The room had a sofa bed whose “mattress” is quite worn and needs replacement. It’s great that they have a pet‑friendly area in the restaurant, but it would be ideal to demarcate it so it’s easier to locate within the space. The free umbrellas with beach accompaniment are great but few; they could increase the number they offer.

I stayed alone and paid for a room meant for four, yet I never got a chance to share the facilities with anyone; the place itself was fine.
