“Thanks to Miss Salwa she was very helpful”
The spot was great, but the air‑conditioning was awful; even after switching rooms it didn’t improve, and the service didn’t address the issue.

The place was well located, yet the facilities left a lot to be desired.

The reception team were incredibly friendly and the location was excellent, even if the breakfast left a lot to be desired; the furniture looked worn, the little fridge was plugged in but didn’t work right, there’s no lift and the rooms aren’t sound‑proof – late at night you hear noises, furniture being moved and guests shouting or laughing loudly in a rather uncivilised manner.

The Moroccan breakfast and the very kind waitress were highlights, but the photos were misleading, the place felt shady (a dog barked all night), the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed so you could hear everything outside, and you couldn’t rest because neither the AC nor the TV worked. The pool was poorly maintained.

The Moroccan breakfast was excellent—the omelettes were delicious, the spread and honey were superb, the Moroccan yogurt was a treat, and the assortment of Moroccan breads and the crepe were delightful; thanks to the cook. The staff were charming, friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel sits at the end of a hard‑to‑find street but in a quiet area, located in Gueliz, rich in culture and sights. It was very clean. The equipment was old and a few refurbishments were needed.
