A quiet, peaceful spot, but everything is very close by. The staff are friendly and responsive.

A superb apartment in a large, quiet house with huge living and kitchen spaces; it’s a 15‑minute walk to the train and bus station for Batumi and only 300 meters from the sea, with many shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. The owners are very friendly, and the owner took us to the train station early in the morning – truly excellent.

Good evening. The place is great – I liked the room, bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and cozy. The shared balcony is large. The house sits on a cul‑de‑sac, so no cars or noise. Thanks to Irma, who was very attentive.

It was our first stay and, to be honest, a successful one even without a private kitchen. The room was spacious, had a fridge, and the luxury suite had a balcony on the second floor. The mattress was comfortable and the sheets were good. The hosts were pleasant people. The car was parked in the courtyard. We were satisfied with the stay.

The cozy guesthouse has been visited by some guests for years. The recent renovation is fresh. The location is excellent – about a 5‑7 minute walk to the sea, and the house is very quiet because it sits on a cul‑de‑sac with no nearby roads or intersections. Nearby are grocery stores and cafés. Our family's favorite was NIKALA, where the khinkali were great and inexpensive.
