Jerash City View

I read many reviews praising Hossam’s character and kindness, and that was a main reason for choosing this place. When I arrived, the accommodation was even better than described—Hossam was amazing, better and kinder than the reviews said, with high morals and manners. God bless you, Hossam, and keep your family safe. The place is excellent, wonderful, and very close to the ancient city of Jerash. The bed is comfortable, the water is warm, and the kitchen is adequate. I strongly recommend it. Everything was more than wonderful.

I’ve been here twice and it still blows me away 😁 The breakfast and dinner were delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival! Everything was perfect. The host guided us from start to finish of the stay. The room was clean and functional. The staff were genuinely friendly and available. We chose to dine on site and the food offered was also very good. What we liked most was the hotel’s location, right across from the magnificent Roman historic site. We’ll definitely come back next year! Thanks again for everything! Nothing! It was perfect.

During my 11 nights in Jordan this was the most uncomfortable stay. It was disappointing. There were no towels ready and the blanket wasn’t clean. It was a lot of disappointment. The shower pressure was also very low.
