Bungalows feature kitchenettes, private bathrooms, heating, and satellite TV. Antillanca ski centre and Puyehue lake are 30 minutes away. The restaurant serves international dishes from 8:30-22:00. Free public parking is available nearby, and the front desk operates from 8:30-22:30.

A great place in the middle of nowhere. Everything is very old—cabanas, domes, the thermal baths—all need renovation.

The hotel looked beautiful, everything felt brand new, and the staff were helpful, but I couldn’t get through to customer service and the rooms were never cleaned during our 4‑day stay.

The tinaja was ready when we arrived, which I thought was a cool touch; we got there late and were monitored and guided from hours before, the guard helped us with our bags in the rain, the breakfast was varied, the central pool was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, and the natural setting made it easy to disconnect from phones and enjoy the place’s natural perks. The main bedroom had a slanted wall that caused a couple of bumps, nothing serious.
