Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. It’s close to the beach.

The location is excellent and the breakfast restaurant right next door is lovely. The facilities are okay, but could be improved.

The place is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood, with no traffic bother on the Koninklijkebaan. It’s a perfect base for long walks. Nothing to add.

The room is spacious and well furnished, yet the guest toilet lacks a hand basin.
