The swimming area and lobby were very nice, but the rooms felt a little small.

The staff were okay and the pool was clean and great, but the breakfast was minimal and unsatisfying; in my opinion the value for money was poor, the price was high, and the hotel felt outdated. The room was small, the location was not in the city center, and you either have to walk 25 minutes or take an Uber for about 8 euros each way.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel; the location was ideal, close to lovely shopping areas, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options, and the pool was a lovely highlight. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel has a stylish concept and a nice overall atmosphere. The food was also very good. Breakfast had a relatively small but nice variety, and most of what we tried tasted very good. We also ordered in-room dining and the food itself was excellent in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay did not meet our expectations. The room was quite small, and we found the bathroom layout unusual and impractical, with the sink located separately in the main room and the toilet and shower in a very small enclosed space. Our arrival also felt rather impersonal. There was no assistance with our luggage until I was at the elevator and the welcome at reception was not particularly warm or welcoming. Housekeeping could have been much better. The toilet was not cleaned as thoroughly as we would expect, including inside of the toilet seat, and a small piece of rubbish on the floor was still there after the room had been serviced. We were also surprised by the additional €5 charge simply to have an in-room dining order delivered to the room. The food itself was very good, but at this price point we felt the additional delivery charge was unnecessary
