The cat was cute, a friendly kitten was there. There was a large room with a women‑only toilet, shower, and washbasin, so I felt safe using it. The water came out. A curtain was attached under the bunk bed, so privacy was maintained. When entering the premises, the building, or the room, three different passcodes were required, yet no information or contact was given after the check‑in time. When I rang the doorbell, no one answered, and another guest opened the door. The kitchen was dirty. Overall, it felt neglected. For future guests, this guesthouse sits on the top floor (15th) of a regular apartment building, accessed by an external staircase and then another set of stairs (16th?).

Tsesteg Florida’s welcome changed my entire stay. She is genuinely warm and manages the guesthouse very well. I felt safe and accompanied, which is very important for a solo traveler. Thank you. Water hotness is rarely available.

The receptionist in Florida really changed my experience at this hostel—she was welcoming, professional, yet straightforward. I’d definitely recommend it. The balcony offers astonishing views and is very close to the city centre. The bunk beds are tiny, probably less than 1.8 m long.
