The hotel itself was clean and the shuttle dropped us at the front door, but it was 40 minutes late. I was traveling with two kids, so “call us for an immediate shuttle” didn’t help. Two other hotels had been around two to three times before Springhill arrived once. The breakfast was not good.

We had to pay for parking this time, whereas last time we stayed there was no charge.

The lobby and cafeteria look great and stay clean, and the staff are friendly and polite, but I could hear the next‑door room talking loudly enough that I couldn't sleep.
